Experiential Business Manager

About The Role
We’re looking for a strategic Business Manager with excellent negotiation skills, to drive the long term revenue goals for the F1 Licensing Department.

Reporting to the Head of Licensing, you’ll partner with and manage our appointed licensing agent to drive global growth and strategic partnerships, and work closely with our marketing team to develop a strong programme reflecting F1 brand values across all partnerships.

Based in our head office in St James’s Market – you’ll also work with wider F1 departments to build and develop the strategy, including understanding the live entertainment landscape, vision and direction of the wider F1 business.

About You
 About you

You’re currently working in business development in the retail / live event space and have a proven track record of delivering against revenue targets in experiential.  You’ll have established relationships within the sector and understand how to develop a deal from conception to delivery.

You’ll be strategic and detail oriented and although not a deal breaker, it’d be great if you’re an F1 fan and have a general interest in sport.

You’ll have:

  • Fantastic negotiation skills and understanding of licensing business models
  • A proven track record of relationship building and creating win-win partnerships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of recruiting and building a team
  • Proven ability to work with excel modelling, forecasting and analytics
