Retail and CPG Licensing Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Licensing Manager to assist and lead in the sourcing and development of global CPG licensing leads, to drive long term revenue goals for our Licensing Department.

Reporting to the Senior Retail and CPG Licensing Manager, you’ll lead business development in both soft and hard lines (including apparel, accessories, toys and collectibles), whilst managing and adding value to our existing product and brand licensing deals in the retail and CPG industry.

Based in our head office in St James’s Market, you’ll maintain and establish relationships with licensing partners as well as F1’s appointed global license agent of choice.

About You

You’re a thorough and thoughtful project and relationship manager, who currently works in the sport, luxury, hardlines, softlines or licensing industry.

Comfortable with analytics, basic excel modelling and forecasting, you have a general interest in sports – including F1!  

You have:

  • Fantastic negotiation skills and understanding of licensing business models
  • A proven track record of licensing deal making
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A proven track record of relationship building and creating win-win partnerships

  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills
