About The Role

Formula 1 started the journey into CRM in 2019 and are looking for someone to join the team as a Salesforce and CRM Developer. We need someone that can think laterally, is equally happy doing the small jobs as the more technical demanding work. Someone that will work hard, do some good and have some run along the way.

Formula 1 CRM programme is still in its infancy and so there is an opportunity to come and help shape the future and make a major difference to our fans who support this incredible sport of ours, year in year out!

About You

We want the right individual to personally take ownership of our CRM development needs. Working with the head of CRM and Customer Operations, you will help define and develop everything from sales pipeline tools, customer service fan management solutions through to integrated marketing solutions.  We ideally want a Formula 1 fan working with our Formula 1 teams!  Live it & breath it!  We want a passionate person for our passionate business.  Is this you?

We want someone with the right skills and approach to our CRM development needs to provide the best user and fan experience possible.

Formula 1 is known for speed and we need you to move fast on this. That is why we want you in our team quickly.

 
You have;
 
  • Prior experience of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proficiency in Visualforce and API integrations
