Working with the head of CRM and Customer Operations, you will help define and develop everything from sales pipeline tools, customer service fan management solutions through to integrated marketing solutions. You have;
- Prior experience of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficiency in Visualforce and API integrations
