To help deliver against this global vision we are seeking an HR Coordinator to support the delivery a professional HR advisory service to designated areas of the business.

Working as part of the wider HR team, and alongside the HR Business Partner, you’ll provide pragmatic and business focused HR solutions and recommendations across the Company. This role has great emphasis on building and developing relationships with managers and staff at all levels, to provide support and guidance on the full range of HR matters.

It’s an exciting time to join our HR team, with many interesting and exciting projects to get involved in. The role is based in our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill.

About You

You’re an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated team player, who enjoys managing their own workload and getting stuck-in. 

You have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, great attention to detail and a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

You have:

  • CIPD qualification Level 5

  • Proven experience of working within an HR Coordinator/ junior advisory role

  • Excellent administration / organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
