About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and passionate individual to join our amazing Digital Content division.  The team are looking for a Production Executive to support video, social and core platform teams in logistics and workflows for content creation, office management and reporting.


Based in our Head Office in central London, St James’ Market, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with production coordination experience to get an insight into the world of F1 Production.  


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with video, social and core platform teams to maintain content tracking and planning documents


  • Sending daily summary communication to Digital Content team and wider stakeholders on content publication plans


  • Project-manage the completion and surfacing of concepts and treatments 


  • Support video production team with clearing archive footage and music licensing/reporting


  • Liaise with Production Coordinators in the Live, Creative Media, Marketing and Esports departments to align on planning and look for opportunities to collaborate/share resources


  • Support others to conceive, generate and develop ideas, treatments and formats of the highest quality consistent with departmental strategy, including maintaining brief templates


  • Support budget managers with onboarding suppliers and orchestrating the Procurement processes


  • Raise Purchase Orders for Digital Content team


  • Look for cost saving/cost management solutions 


  • Ownership of freelancer and staff rota and bookings


  • Work with Formula 1’s Travel Department to manage staff and freelance travel schedules

About You

About you:

You have previous experience supporting an energetic team with an exceptional eye for detail.

You have:

  • A high level of verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong organisational skills
  • At least 3 years of production coordination experience in video/digital environment
  • Good MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload


Desirable:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • First Aid/Mental Health First Aid qualifications
  • Up to date Health & Safety and COVID training
  • Data management 
  • Working in sport production/live sport environment
