About The Role

We are looking for a methodical Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our fast-paced Finance Department.

Based at our Media and Technology Centre, Biggin Hill, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently and that the turnaround between receipt and payment of invoices is kept to a minimum, in order that our corporate image and high standards are maintained.

About You

About you:

You have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including senior management and directors.

You’re a team player who has a methodical and conscientious approach to work.

 

You have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in a purchase ledger department, more would be preferable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Great Adobe skills (incl. merging) 

Experience of using Epicor software would be an advantage.
