About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised Facilities Coordinator (FTC) to join our Facilities Management department.

Based at our Media and Technology Centre, Biggin Hill, you‘ll assist the Facilities Management team across all sites, support with the management of planned and reactive soft and hard Facilities Management services, including, but not limited to, HVAC, Fire Safety, Security, Water Treatment, Waste Management. Cleaning, Sanitisation and Catering, help manage and develop the PPM schedule, co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and arrange site and maintenance services.

About You

You are personable with excellent communication skills.

You have the ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting strict deadlines.

 

You have

  • A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a Facilities Environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in MS Office

Desirable:  IOSH qualification and relevant experience being part of a Project team.
