About The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to deliver an effective recruitment service across the business in line with policy and procedure and to support on projects.

Based at our Media and Technology Centre, Biggin Hill, you’ll work alongside the Recruitment Coordinator to provide a highly effective recruitment service to the Biggin Hill and London offices, both responsible to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

About You

You have a strong team ethic and are company minded and professional.

You possess a high level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and can work independently with minimal supervision.

 

You have:

  • A-Level or qualified by experience

  • Recruitment & interview experience

  • Proven experience of managing multiple roles

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment

  • General knowledge of HR

  • Understanding of recruitment selection methods and techniques

 

Desirable:

  • CIPD Level 5

  • Recruitment-specific qualification
