Based in our Media & Technology Centre in Biggin Hill, you will work as part of a dynamic team ensuring the delivery of high quality, robust and reliable systems in an exciting mission critical environment through recommending best practices for solutions based on meeting business needs and producing a positive impact on operational effectiveness.

The Role:

  • Bridging the gap between developers and project stakeholders.
  • Working with stakeholders and business users from the customer to elicit, capture, analyse, refine, communicate, and document their requirements
  • Mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements and ranking into MoSCoW categories.
  • Exploring the impacts of development decisions and recommend improvements.
  • Capturing existing systems and processes to validate requirements.
  • Liaise with Software Development Team to obtain accurate estimates for projects/tasks, in terms of duration, resource and costing. Provide input regarding risks, schedule, scope, and trade-offs.

About You

You have:

  • Experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in an appropriate environment

  • Experience of software project management software such as JIRA/Confluence

  • Hons Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Desirable:

  • Extensive experience in a software development environment

  • Experience in generating mock-up UIs, storyboards and/or pseudocode.

  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., MSSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

  • Experience working with Object Oriented Design and UML.
