So that we can reach these elite-level standards, Formula 1 are seeking a Digital Analyst who can deliver the best-in-class analytics and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of F1 digital platforms.
Reporting into the Head of Fan Strategy and Planning, we are looking for someone who has outstanding attention to detail skills as well as the ability to manage complex sets of data from a variety of tools and create actionable insights.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the reporting structure for digital analytics, performance marketing and creating the reports for senior management
- Deliver best in class forecasting and market sizing for the OTT service. Provide recommendations to improve the pricing, retention, and acquisition
- Drive business value and action from your analysis, from leading business meetings and capturing requirements to presenting clear and compelling stories with actionable recommendations
- Creating performance dashboards and reporting functionality on customer behaviour and campaign performance to support the marketing and product teams using data visualisation tools
- Support creation of LTV and Churn models
- Evaluate product & campaigns engagement and measure success/ROI
- Run Econometrics analysis and media mix modelling
- Lead conversations with Product and Technology teams, ensuring we are capturing, ingesting, and surfacing the right data to enable reporting and analytics, as well as Marketing utilisation of valuable audience data and customer interactions
- Working with the technical teams on the implementation of the marketing analytics tools
